The Direct Service Financial Assistance Program provides financial support to individuals in active treatment, covering living expenses such as:

Groceries

Child Care

Rent/Mortgage

Utilities

Transportation (for medical appointments)

Housecleaning

 

Eligibility: The Direct Service Financial Assistance Program is only available for breast cancer patients in the state of Florida who are currently in active treatment. Applicants are limited to receive a maximum of $750 to go towards living expenses.
